After seeing the playeers that will be making up our team for next season, are there any supporters, apart from Awaywego and Uptheiron69, that will be renewing their season tickets??
or will you do so and have full faith in Swann junior and Mr Cox bringing in some jems?

There is nothing at all to encourage supporters back to GP, the National League is almost a certainty for 2022 season.

Is your support of SUFC conditional upon it being an EFL club? I’d support the team whether it were in the EFL or Central Midlands League.

I’ve had the same seat since glanford park opened, the seat will be empty next season. I’ve watched nearly every game this season and it’s been terrible to watch and that’s without losing the best players.

I always said the same but not owning the ground we play on anymore has changed my view of Swann, a bit like when your house has been burgled it doesn’t feel the same

So you ‘punish’ the 11 players on the pitch because you hold a grudge against one man.

    Very grown up.

I think you will find the players will get paid even if backofthenet18 does not attend.

If the directors, coaches and players got paid according to crowd size we might get a few more shots on target.

I’ll be buying one. This last season has been dreadful, a massive clear out is needed and the released list will allow for new blood to come in. I just hope that Neil is given free reign to sign his players (budget restricted) and not those young Swanny thinks will fit.
With a 120 mile round trip for home games this season will be a make or break for me regarding season tickets.
Let’s get behind the team and behind Neil Cox.
    UTI

I bought mine, this is my club and I’ll be going regardless of who’s in the dugout, who’s in the boardroom and who’s on the pitch. The swings and roundabouts of supporting a lower league team. You endure the bad moments which makes the highs so much better.

    Keep the faith UTI.

I reckon if you’re still prepared to do that next season, nothing will break you!

Get Bish in as chief scout then! He certainly knows his onions.

Or send Lillis back to his care home and appoint him assistant manager.

Bought mine too, they are my home town team so I will continue to support them through thick and thin (quite a lot of thin at the moment.)

To have a chance of that job I think he’d have to successfully apply for adoption wouldn’t he?

Stay wity them Uptheiron99 and you will get your wish.

I was commenting as a supporter, you having an office at GP puts you into a different bracket to us, in all these years on this forum, neither yourself or Awaywego have never ever had one bad word said against SUFC or any of it’s staff, whilst this is not possible as every other person can see the truth.

It is not a case of him having a grudge against one man, he will be the same as many others of us that turn up every week to gain some entertainment, and enjoyment in watcxhing our team, but as he says, there is no enjoyment whatsoever in watching our team playing under Coxes defensive, boring pathetic system, we are luckey to see the team have two shots on target, never mind seeing a goal. Surely you can see this, or are you just winding us up ????

There is no dementia here childish twat, I may even live longer than it takes you to grow up, and it is very sad when you wish anyone to die, God help you.

BS you seem to be implying I will grow up soon. You should have said there’s no way I will live long enough till you grow up, that would have been more appropriate.

Purely coincidence but we think one of our colleagues at work may be suffering from the onset of dementia. It’s heartbreaking to witness and we were talking about how best to support him today. There was certainly no laughing going on I can tell you.

That is me done. I will not be renewing.

The way we have treated players this season who happen to be some of those released has been a disgrace. I am not accepting it.

Yes I will be renewing mine. I was there in the seventies with the other 1,499 and hopefully will be watching Scummy playing league football for years to come.

Against my better judgement I think I will renew mine…although with my numerous commitments outside of football I am actually likely to only attend a handful of matches.

A chance to meet up pre-match with friends and sink a few pints, watch live football, celebrate an unexpected win after having a man sent off and coming from behind (leave it AWG!), or sit through absolute dross, back to the pub for a few more pints to chew it all over, what’s not to like? Bring it on. 😀

    Got mine.

Whether it’s Turan and Jarvis up front or not, can’t wait to get back and watch some live football.
