There are 6 faces in this pic I don’t recognize. I will leave this down to the real Miss Marples of this forum.

July 2, 2024 at 5:45 pm #287522Anyone seen any of these guys before?
July 2, 2024 at 6:53 pm #287529Wow Keenan Ferguson was not good enough for spennymoor town last season and loaned out to a team in the north west counties league. If thats the level of player we are looking at lets hope Ross Barrows doesn’t get injured. It could be a long season if we get a few injuries.

You clearly thought wrong then. Senile ?

Keenan Ferguson (ex Spennymoor)Any idea who the others are ?
July 2, 2024 at 9:29 pm #287550Remember Hunter being pretty dangerous against us a few times for Fleetwood in League 1, was always a threat on the wing.
The other two are from the bargain bucket. Ravenhill’s been out injured for an entire year and as mentioned above, Ferguson played half the season for Spennymoor before being shipped out on loan to Bury.
July 3, 2024 at 6:01 am #287558Hunter has scored goals throughout his career – but few in the last year or two.
July 3, 2024 at 10:02 am #287562Good detective work SST. Any idea who the short lad with his face covered by Whitehall’s hand is?
Hopefully we don’t touch Ravenhill with a barge pole. With a squad of 21 and 7 spots on the bench this season we can’t afford to carry injury prone players, particularly when Robert’s and Law’s already have treatment beds with their names on.July 3, 2024 at 1:30 pm #287571Players can ask if they can train with us, no cost to us. A new no.2 is due because we don’t have one listed.
July 3, 2024 at 2:45 pm #287572I would think Butler would only take (as new entrants) those who a physically fit specimens – going with somebody who has been out a year might struggle to fit into that bracket, however he may just want to regain his fitness and knows Butler will push him hard to do so. Spennymoor reject isn’t sounding great but some have to fall to rise again.
July 3, 2024 at 2:51 pm #287573Abo Eisa released by the Cods. He’d do for 11 wouldn’t he?

I’m sure he’d turn up with his own set of crutches this time, would save a few bob.

July 3, 2024 at 5:17 pm #287580Even when he did play he couldn’t be arsed once Hurst went.
No thanks.
July 3, 2024 at 5:53 pm #287581Fair enough, I’d like Corbett anyway.
July 3, 2024 at 6:20 pm #287583Agree. Great touch and a good work ethic.
If Posh get no offers I guess they might look to loan him until Jan if a club will cover his wages.

Abo does what HE wants and at this level that isn’t wanted. Had his chance and wanted out so not for me.

July 3, 2024 at 9:30 pm #287590A couple of the others are ex academy lads that left the club in the past year or so. Finn Abraham who went to the Cods when the academy folded and Charlie Burden Whittleton. There were six in on trial at the start of the week and not sure who the 6th is…

Well you have two choices, you either choose to watch us or you don’t, really..it’s that simple. If you feel that the quality level will be too low for you to handle then simply don’t bother.
Your choice.

My guess would be NO.
Corbett is a solid Tesco product. Not quite Waitrose or M&S but might push Tesco finest.
We are shopping at Aldi… in the reduced to clear section.July 5, 2024 at 5:19 pm #287665Your glass has been standing upright on the draining board with a millimetre of old dishwater in the bottom for so long, it’s just evaporated.
