I personally would rather stay in the NLN than go through more club traumas.
Our fans are toxic enough down there right now,we don’t need another reason to splitJanuary 21, 2025 at 5:37 pm #297690Very strange!! Another post with the same theme appears to have been deleted.
January 21, 2025 at 5:41 pm #297691Not by me
January 21, 2025 at 6:01 pm #297692When you say hostile takeover, of what? The business isn’t really a business that is investable right now so have the existing board split over something? Has the new CEO gone off in a different direction? Has Scunny Bunny instigated an MBO?
January 21, 2025 at 6:12 pm #297693Bring it on.
Let’s get rid of this sustainability malarkey.January 21, 2025 at 6:19 pm #297695That’s my mind made up. Nobody says they wouldn’t want sustainability
January 21, 2025 at 6:55 pm #297698I understand change may need to happen to progress, but Michelle’s efforts deserve more respect surely. Surely it can be handled differently than what is seemingly happening, according to rumours.

January 21, 2025 at 7:48 pm #297699What’s the word then?
January 21, 2025 at 10:22 pm #297707Attis the ground sponsor.
Heard that they want rid of Michelle don’t know whether just her but she’s not ambitious enough in their eyes and needs more money putting in.January 21, 2025 at 10:43 pm #297713Be careful what you wish for. Michelle Harness was the only one who stepped forward and later than the 11th hour.
She has done an incredible job and I cannot imagine the hours she spent daily keeping bailiff after bailiff away. With the money raised by Iron Bru to pay wages giving a breathing space. Then the supporters came onboard and revenue streams established – it was a great effort by all. But again Michelle had that pressure from day 1 and thinking £1.8 million of debts she then with Roj, George and Ian they worked out a plan for day after day so perhaps she does need a breather.
But lets get rid of this word ‘Hostile’ I do believe she hinted that perhaps others may want to come on board and take on the challenge but they didn’t at the darkest times so never forget that. We do not want a club disunited ever again.

January 21, 2025 at 11:02 pm #297715Michelle made it quite clear that she’s done her bit in her July interview and about has far as she can go and wants more time away from it all, hence the CEO to take up a lot of her work.
Michelle will always have her place in history saving the club.
And if someone else comes in they can never take away from she herself did.How you can put Ian in there sanfran I don’t know, in one of the dark times he was found wanting and only ended up on Michelle’s coat tales.

January 21, 2025 at 11:06 pm #297716I wonder which one is spearheading this current situation. Awaywego seems happy, but will he be once that comes out?
January 21, 2025 at 11:44 pm #297721As far as I am aware Michelle is still there most if not every day of the week. To my mind that means the expensive ceo is not lightening the load. He works from home regularly. how can you run a Football club from home?
January 21, 2025 at 11:46 pm #297722He’s a cheaper Jimmy Rodwell
