If we had no chance then why didn’t Mr Cox give Jai Rowe an opportunity at CB ( Mr Cox thinks he will be a good CB !!).

Rowe is a converted winger/wingback who was settling in at RB – now he doesn’t even get a chance yet many say Millen is not good enough.

The squad on saturday will be interesting.

Swann needs to pay Turan off. I can’t see him being on much and his contract will be running out end of the season, he needs binning ASAP.

He’s out on loan isn’t he? Presumably with some or all of his wages being covered.

Turan’s loan was only for a month so is probably nearly done. He got injured almost immediately so was probably back here for treatment after the first week.

As ever the club thinks supporters don’t need updating on this stuff.

Regarding Rowe I think he would be a very decent right back for a couple of seasons. Then he could move to centre back with experience and confidence under his belt. It is very hard for youngsters to break into league football at centre back no matter how talented.

I even think he could do a job as a sitting midfielder in front of a back two. He has the mobility and likes a tackle and we have few other options.

True enough LK under Hurst we only had 5 points after 10 games. So the Titanic hasn’t sailed yet, and the fat lady is only gargling at the moment.
