This includes 1st team Management and Playing squad – those listed stay.

COLLINS O’MALLEY ROWE WILSON PUGH GALLIMORE

    LEWIS CRIBB BAKER SHRIMPTON JESSOP.

Although there may be a couple that need of these who are subject to review.

That is it. The others can all go. Manager has to be someone who knows non-league and type of players to build with.

Don’t disagree with those lads staying Sanfran although I suspect 2 or 3 may get better offers elsewhere.

Personally I would keep Grant, Watson and Feeney. Possibly Onariase and Beeston if they don’t get offers elsewhere. Would also try and get Delaney to come permanently.

If we have learned one thing over the last eight years it’s that who the manager is makes little difference if their strings are being pulled.

Forgot to add I will be joining the growing list of ex season ticket holders until we get new ownership (unlikely) or we get some delivery on the odd promise (even more unlikely).

Not sure whether Beestin, Feeney, Perry and Nuttall was for next season as well, but could be totally wrong.

Are you saying Big Ears may well get the Nod(ee) for next season?

We need a manager that knows non league, and has a wealth on knowledge of lower/ non league players, a bit in the Challinor/ Hurst mould. Get rid of the old fe let’s and get hungry young players in

We have enough hungry young players being blooded now and more in the background busting a gut to prove themselves including the ones out on loan. All very commendable wanting youth aplenty brought into the 1st team but you still need old heads in some number next season particularly down the spine of the side. There won’t be many teams in the next tier down just playing teams full of youngsters next season and nor should we, we have got to get the balance right just to stabilise things never mind push on for glory.

Didn’t we give Hallam a new 2 year contract last summer

We did but not sure what happens when a club drops out of a league club regarding contract.

But he may have to stay and continue to be a waste of money – another manager decision that had to be agreed by the senior management team !! Another Dom Vose type investment.

Thanks Rennee, have a look where Chesterfield are in the table, have a look where Dover are in the table. I rest my case.
