October 27, 2022 at 2:33 pm #247681Bit surprised by that, wonder if it is as much about who we’ve played as our position in the table – i.e. much harder games still to come?

Also, the bookies nostrils are scented by the smell of possible administration.A third of the season gone already!

Eastleigh finished in 20th place last season (21-22).
After 21 games last season, Eastleigh had netted 31 points.
After 22 games this season, we have 15 points!
Eastleigh finished on 46 points last season.
We are currently looking to finish on about 33 points.

A pointless December.
November 27, 2022 at 11:35 am #249326Sadly, I won’t be there Saturday sick to the back teeth of this shit show and our deluded manager,as a season ticket holder of 40years+ this will be the first time I have turned my back on MY team, but I cannot support any longer, sorry to say
November 27, 2022 at 1:13 pm #249330I haven’t been for a long while, whilst the Stench of the Swann family drifts through the club I won’t be back, the worrying thing is each weekend I become a little more detached from SUFC to the point of inevitability. Its beyond disgusting what one family can do to a club. Feels like there’s nothing left in it

November 27, 2022 at 1:14 pm #249331I won’t be there either, although not a season ticket holder these days I do attend most home games but these changed kick off times don’t sit well with me. My eldest grandson is playing Saturday morning at 11 o clock and I’m not missing his game to watch the Iron, I’ve got my priorities right plus his games are more entertaining to watch anyway.
November 27, 2022 at 2:08 pm #249334You do not need to be a bookmaker to predict relegation. Just pop along to any game home or away and see for yourself.
Players are going through the motions, without any pride, passion or integrity, Its painful to watch this hapless bunch meander to relegation without a care in the world.
They are badly led managerially and simply changing the manager and owner wont make them any better players.
The longer the non-sale of the club continues the harder it will be to turn around the clubs current plight.

November 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm #249340Bookies rarely wrong 1/4 on is pretty much nailed on. Considering Torquay’s odds who are close to us it shows the bookies know that the club won’t last that long and if they do certainly won’t stay up with no money coming in

The bookies don’t think so.
You can’t get a price on SUFC to be relegated.
They see it as a formality.
Maidstone are the latest titanic.Latest Odds:
SUFC – no offers
Maidstone 1/9
Gateshead 8/11
Torquay 4/5Dorking 11/8
– – – – – – – – – – – –
Oldham 4/1
6/1 bar.
They see it as a 3 horse race for the two ‘remaining’ berths.
February 1, 2023 at 6:23 pm #254723Apparently you can’t get a bet on them staying up 😳
February 1, 2023 at 6:56 pm #254727The bookies have noticed something is stirring though.
Best odds you can get to beat the form team of the league is 2 to 1.
They were offering 7 to 1 against decent sides 3 weeks ago and 5 to 1 against fairly average teams.

March 31, 2023 at 11:58 am #258311What’s the odds on staying up Rene? Could maybe have a couple of quid on that it might bring in enough to afford the 1899 needed for a share of the ground.

March 31, 2023 at 3:43 pm #258326You haven’t been able to get a bet on Scunny staying up since at least the start of February and a bit before then I should reckon.
