Piss poor I imagine just like every other club, they softened their stance on handcuffs and will now only allow pink fluffy ones.

Only 12 employee reviews for certain roles, and spread over a few years, but generally very good feedback. Pay satisfaction? 65% said they thought they got paid fairly:

Ha ha, I’m just posting some facts. Hard to gauge that much from a small sample over 4-5 years but certainly hardly any negative feedback. Is 65% pay satisfaction good? I suspect it is but couldn’t say for sure.

Would that include those clubs that have committed to paying the national living wage?

Yes for the abuse some of them get, even if some of it is from me. “Get off that yellow line” always gets a good response.
