This is what you get under an embargo. Early days yet but as Tom Newey stated he hasn’t seen anything in Pyke doesn’t know what his role is (maybe not his fault) and he just looks lost on a football pitch. Nuttall again could not hold the ball up and lay off to his team – lets hope they get better with game time but Pyke will be going back end of season and Nuttall doesn’t start. Top scorer at the club has 2? or 3?

February 20, 2022 at 8:49 am #232312it is no wonder the leading scorer only has 2 or 3 when in the second half we never made the goalkeeper make any save and we didn’t even force a corner, but when you are drawing 1-1 and needing 3 points and you make no effort to try to win the game it gives poor value to the fans and makes you wonder if you either want to come back or even renew your season ticket, Pike showed a bit of promise on his debut but now looks like he wants to go back to Shrewsbury, Nuttall yesterday stood little chance because there wasn’t any attacking intent when he came on, all that went when Burns came off.

February 20, 2022 at 9:38 am #232317Nuttall was left on his own up top most of the time, Sinclair came on to try and compensate our overrun midfield , they changed tactics second half, ran the show and we were clueless. Hope Burns is fit for Tuesday but if it’s a calf injury I suspect he won’t be.

Sounds like a firm of solicitors.
Maybe they should re-train?

Maybe a fisherman or confectioner might suit 🤔
February 20, 2022 at 11:30 am #232335Strange signings it appears. We were aware that Nuttall hadn’t played much for 2 years, to me it looks like he’s never played before. He looks lethargic, 2 speeds – walk and trot, and failed to hold the ball once as far as I remember.
Pyke has an air of invisibility about him.5 users thanked author for this post.

February 20, 2022 at 1:54 pm #232384When will Jarvis be fit.
February 20, 2022 at 8:24 pm #232421I was told to be patient whilst Nuttall got match fit, that ain’t gonna happen whilst he’s only getting 38 minutes, mind you I can see why he only gets 38 minutes after Saturday
