A properly run club, run not by one man and his family, a club which has interacted with it’s supporters instead of alienating them, a club that has engendered support from the local community instead of falling out with everyone.
Now compare their league position with ours.
Well done Swann.

Are we talking about that club who have spent 6 of the last 10 in non league?. Or the other 1 that have just entered the non league? I suspect the latter if your praising Swann.
Bloody hell, Alcy! You walked right into that one.
Maybe he thought Sutton was from Sutton-on-Sea!!
Bloody hell, Alcy! You walked right into that one.
He sure did but don’t worry if will be the Labour parties fault he posted that, just you wait and see.
And how quickly fortunes can change, 4 years ago Sunderland were in the premiership and Gimp’s were non league. Funny old game.
i walked into what?
interesting to see that we USED to be pride of Lincolnshire, before Swann.
and seriously, the guy who tells us its today that matters, not yesterday, is now bothered about ten years ago?
who knew?
interesting also that many teams dho have come up from non league are now featuring in playoffs, all four in our division?
maybe we should look forward to non league?
Never realised posting from a shed made you immune from irony, must be a balance thing.
“maybe we should look forward to non league?”
A hint of optimism from Alcy? That would be a first.
A hint of irony and rightly so I reckon. We’re not that sort of club anymore to flourish in non-league.
Lincoln hardly flourished in non lge, prior to promotion the highest they achieved was 13th in 5 seasons, very baron years.
Baron years must hbave somthing to do with the Power of the Lord
The Baron in the ivory tower of his sandscastle?
