What is the matter with McAtee?
Unfit? Injured? Sulky? Couldn’t care less?
Worth a place on the bench?

I have no idea but I’m unhappy if Olamola goes out on loan.

Is that what you call them ferrite.

I’d beg to differ if our next best is mcatee he did nothing when he came on. Turan is garbage.

So yeah get rid of the chaff that we have.

    It’s so simple isn’t it?

I hope Budget Bergkamp’s injury is just a knock and not something more serious, as Hinds was guessing.

Well it was obviously easy to assemble the pile we have as no many suitors I’d guess.
If you can see that the other bench strikers bring something to the table then obviously we don’t need anyone!!

Pretty obvious that KVV back has brought us a better shape and look upfront. Same with Hayes in the past. If he was injured we’d conjure up nothing as there was no outlet.

Time for Hallam to show what he can do in that role?

I like the look of Hallam, his finish against Carlisle showed he’s got something worth persisting with I reckon.

I agree on that, I thought KVV’s performance at Oldham was just like watching Hayes again. Combined with the pace and running of Eisa on the flank, he really carried a threat. Much as I don’t think Loft is going to score many goals, his ability to occupy defenders will help to make plenty of goals for KVV.

McAtee certainly needs to up his game if he wants to play. Looks like a fit KVV is first choice 10 and maybe McAtee thinks he should be and is sulking. He needs to realise, and quickly, that Hallam, Taylor and Olomola all want to play that role and if KVV is sidelined by injury he’s still not a certain starter. He has the ability but does he have the desire?

I’d have Hallam over McAtee. If Hallam can stay fit I think he can be a big player for us. What’s McAtee actually done…score what, 2 league goals for us?

Hayes used to get stick for being lazy. Intelligent players don’t need to run around like a headless chicken. He had guile and great brain to unlock defence without having to run at them.

KVV reminds me of PH and for me a new contract should be on the table even in these uncertain times.
How we missed PH when he bogged off and to a degree KVV when he left.

Not seen Hallam so can’t comment but if Mcatee is not firing I’m up for that.
Fingers crossed KVV is just sore and no more.
I’m dubious about the GK but he’s 10% better than what we have. Back four if they continue like last night will help massively.
Midfield look busy enough with good energy will become better given time.

Loft he’s Torpey Esque and can some send him a video of the legend. Saying that he doesn’t hold back from getting stuck in just need the elbow sharpened!!

Just didn’t like the jumping of the ball forward it made us look really poor.
But if you’d of said last week we’d have 6 points from next two games we’d of laughed.

I agree with this, I’ve seen very little from him to convince me, mainly flapping at crosses and not commanding his area. Still, the defenders seem more confident with him there which makes a big difference.

You would have thought it would be a no-brainer, offer a contract so if nothing else the club can command a transfer fee at some point in the future but who knows how these things will pan out. I wonder how KVV will see it himself after a less-than-successful spell at Northampton.

Not great time to offer a contract to KVV but surely many a player would love to sign a new deal in these uncertain times so tie him down Peter!!!

Howard did keep his concentration right until the last minute with that save. Bar from that he doesn’t fill me with confidence. But better than what is on the already on the menu.

It was a great finish by Eisa, but let’s not forget it was a terrific piece of distribution by Howard to set him up
