If you’re going, it’s an experience.
Covered Terrace(where i think they will put United fans)and friendly staff.
It’s like Winterton Rangers, but not as good.
However…The local area (New England) is rough. they’re not letting away fans in the club bar. There are a few nearby cafes if a Sagres/Super Bock is your thing.i went in a traditional pub just off the Lincoln road but it seems they don’t expect much custom.
Town Pubs suggested, Drapers spot on, away pub when Posh at home(they’re at lincoln), Brewery tap has gone downhill last few years, real ale/czech lager place. Sir Henry Royce.. think the Tavern but a bit classier.
Near there is College Arms(bit of a rougher spoons)and O’Neills.
Old Farts travelling by train, you can get the No.1 bus nearby that goes past the ground. Get off at the roundabout, can see the ground from there.
‘A bit classier’ than the Tavern. Regulars with four fingers and one thumb on each hand?
Big missed opportunity from them all ticket, segregation and no booze sold in the ground, just ask Farsley. Imagine a lot on the train almost like going to London, they speak with a cockney accent evidently on a good day you can hear the bow bells lol.
