At the risk of being disqualified.

Bob Dylan was heavily influenced by the Clancy Brothers in his early years although the song was probably Scottish in origin.

Iron Age I have the original The Times They Are A-Changin’ album from 1964, Restless Farewell is a great track indeed the whole album is outstanding, Dylan at his youthful best. Think the songwriting on this album and The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan from a year earlier is some of his best ever and he didn’t really get back to sustained album excellence until Blood On The Tracks IMO which is my favourite ever Bob Dylan album. Just a brilliant songwriter who certainly influenced a generations thinking growing up in the 1960’s.

Also remembered for “Constipation Blues” 😂

Not sure if I can take Screaming J Hawkins seriously, but then again, neither could he.

Lucinda brings some fine emotion to this but ,she’s up against one in a line of the best duets ever so she misses out here

Gram Parsons the original ” Cosmic Cowboy “, died far too young from a morphine and alcohol overdose. Got his wish to be cremated at Joshua Tree but what a waste of a talented young life.
