Objective Morality.

The evolutionist might respond,”Well,I do believe in objective morality,and I also believe in evolution,so obviously biblical creation is not required for objective morality.”
The absurdity of this answer!
Without the biblical God,RIGHT and WRONG are reduced to personal preferences,with no objective moral obligation whatsoever.In an evolutionary universe,the statement “ murder is wrong” is nothing more than a personal opinion on the same level as “ blue is my favourite colour”.And if others have a different opinion,we would have no basis for arguing with them.Thus, when evolutionists talk about morality as if it is a real standard that others should follow,they are being inconsistent with their own professed worldview.Moreover,they show that in their heart of hearts they really do believe in the biblical God.
Some evolutionists argue that there is an absolute standard; they say “ Right is what brings the most happiness to the most people.”But this is also arbitrary.Why should that be the selected standard as opposed to some other view? And why should other people be obligated to follow that particular opinion? Even there,the evolutionist has tacitly borrowed from the Christian position.
Some evolutionists claim that morality is what the majority decides it to be.This mearly shifts an unjustified opinion from one person to a group of people.It is arbitrary and leads to absurd conclusions.Why should I be obligated to follow the opinions of the majority? Again,we find that we would not be able to denounce certain actions we know to be wrong.After all,Hitler was able to convince a majority of his people that his actions were right,but that doesn’t really make them right.
Objective morality requires the biblical God.

Yet again the term ‘evolutionist’ is abused. In fact, the term doesn’t really exist.

All this demonstrates is a lack of understanding of secular philosophies. No-one thinks murder is wrong because of ‘personal preference,’ but because we can understand how others feel. Unless you’re a psychopath. If someone needs to consult with God whether an action is moral I am worried; it’s why extremists justify the very worst behaviour through religion.

Secular philosophies outlining morality predate Christianity. Are you stealing from them?

Evolution has no morality to it. Your statement is as meaningless as saying “plate tectonics worldview” or “gravity worldview.”
