I would think that at the present time, the Conservative Party are the fourth biggest pary in the Commons with their present record and performance.

Just checked. Angola has a machete on the flag; just as nasty.

    Mozambique has the Kalashnikov!

Okay, whilst we’re on with flags…

How many National Flags feature the Southern Cross?

Never too old to be educated! I didn’t know that’s what the stars on the Australian flag were! The answer is five but I had to google it…

    In one! California, correct.

Slightly different question. Which state has the lowest high point (i.e. the state which has its highest point at the lowest elevation when compared with other State’s high points)?

Then there’s the old gag, which state is round at the ends and hi(gh) in the middle?

    ….Ohio!

I’m guessing the answer to your question is somewhere like Louisiana or Florida.

Greylag and NI are correct with Florida. Easier than I thought. I assumed some might have been swayed by the flat mid-Western states like Nebraska, Iowa or Kansas.

Hmm, big argument over this one!

Some sources say Rutland Water, but up here we’re convinced it’s Kielder Water!

Walked round both and Kielder is definitely further!

Kielder is definitely greater in volume. Rutland has a larger surface area.

Greylag wins. Rutland Water has the largest surface area NI, but not by much.

    Your question was “by volume”!

The largest by volume is Kielder Water as stated by Greylag. I was merely reinforcing his point that your walk round Rutland Water would be longer than your walk round Kielder.

    Eden
    MacMillan
    Douglas-Home

    Heath
    Callaghan
    Thatcher
    Major
    Blair
    Brown
    Cameron
    May
    Johnson
    Truss

It’s the modern times and, if you’re discrete, you might be able to give teacher a slip by handing in the homework with information sourced from Wikipedia. ;-)

I’m not participating NI. Too busy trying to work from home, keep up with new signings and attend to housekeeping! Just when you think you’ve tidied things up, you find more crap 😆
