I wish their was more updates from the club. It’s like all the club is bothered about is getting as much money out the fans with out giving them anything back.
It as been a very poor service from the club in this strange times. But you can bet come and of season they will be all over the fans for 12 man members season tickets holders.
The club should be trying hard to reach and connect with fans telling them what’s going on off the field and behind the scenes. What plans for when fans are welcome back in.
Come on club bad PR again.
Not a normal season by any means so I won’t be too critical. As MM and AWG say there’s less going on down at the SVS, and what is happening is on the website.
In many ways I don’t want any more updates from our illustrious Chairman. They are invariably the same as the last one.
Sooner see action on the pitch rather than noises from the boardroom.
I only want to hear positive news, we have have 2 1/2 years of doom and gloom from the club, I would like to see the positive Peter Swann who first came to the club instead of all the downward spiral we have had since we lost to Rotherham, we are losing to teams now that we would have brushed aside 3 years ago with a squad that is in a false position at the moment, apart from a few players we are a bottom 4 team with no Plan A never mind Plan B, we have got a big squad of players with most of them not league level, so technically with a lot smaller but better squad we could be challenging for promotion, but with such a large squad I still wouldn’t like to guess what the wage bill is, the club needed streamlining but we have gone from one extreme to another, and honestly I can’t see a improvement in the second half of the season.
Been on Hulls, Lincolns,and Grimsby’s news archives and we have been doing the most to connect with fans out of all of them, man in the middle, team sheets to print, phone and zoom calls from playing staff, player parcel deliveries, visits to community sport courses by players and manager, had an academy goalkeeper talent day, annual festive hospital visit, all since 18th of Dec, It’s all there to see on all 4 club web sites, but like I say people are blind to it.
Couldn’t agree more Ironawe,not really interested in the rest but it is there for them that want it. Must say though the junior iron membership in normal times is excellent. And while I am on about juniors, when we do reopen I would expect no free tickets for them, would think swanny would only want paying paying customers till things get back to normal,and wouldn’t blame him either,though sure he will offend which ever way he goes. Thoughts please.

TBH, I’m getting upfed with wearing baseball caps. It is just so passé. I feel such a mammary gland having to wear them backwards.
Have been wondering about wearing the trilby backwards. Something to ponder.
