Gainsborough losing on penalties denying us another Lincolnshire derby.
Warrington vs Bamber bridge final.
Boston United have announced they are adopting a hybrid model to keep up with full time clubs. Training 3 times a week and introducing an u23 team
April 26, 2023 at 10:36 pm #261190Southern central. Rushall Olympic v Nuneaton final, would be nice to go to Nuneaton again one of the most memorable games I’ve ever been to, again not for the football lol.
April 27, 2023 at 2:26 am #261191At last a new thread based on the football not the bullshit .. good idea re a NLN topic as dont know much about the league and quite a few of the teams that play in it.. googling locations etc.
Be interesting to see who gets promoted to the NLN from the ongoing playoffs ..shame about Gainsborough missing out i watched the highlights on YT and was a very entertaining tight game by the look of things.
Certainly some memories from Nuneaton, i would hope theyve improved their ground since that fateful day from the 80s
April 29, 2023 at 5:12 pm #261274A.F.C. Fylde going up as champions, pleased to see the back of them as they are full time and looked to have been bankrolled the last few years. Gloucester enter the play offs, replacing Scarborough who we are destined to play mid winter on a Tuesday night.
At the other end Northumbiron will be pleased to see Blyth managing to survive. Elsewhere Russ Wilcox and Andy butler have helped keep Farsley Celtic up, retaining a localish trip for iron fans Next year

April 29, 2023 at 7:54 pm #261297Aye, Russ does it again! Last gasp survival for the ?third? year running.
Amazing late run by Spartans, who looked dead and buried a month ago.
So that’s Blyth, Spennymoor, Darlington and South Shields for me next year, unless the fixture gods screw up like they usually do!

April 30, 2023 at 10:47 am #261348As it’s highly likely that Torquay, Yeovil and Maidstone will go into National League South, next season will be the first time that every league opponent will different from the previous season.

April 30, 2023 at 11:26 am #261351Considering how crap we were against all 23 this season it’s perhaps no bad thing.
Oxford City (if they lose in the playoffs) or Hemel Hempstead Town could well be moved from NLS to NLN to compensate.

May 2, 2023 at 5:15 pm #261502About as much fun as a pro-life comedy video, as shared by bpg.

May 15, 2023 at 11:33 am #262141Shame Kidderminster beat Brackley, probably give that one a miss unless it’s the first or last game of the season.
May 15, 2023 at 12:03 pm #262144Final place to be confirmed. Looking likely it will be Bishop’s stortford
