No words BS, no words.
Why no words my friend, this is a first and I worry, surely you are not putting Swann up in your house whilst he is in hiding !!!

October 3, 2021 at 9:56 am #214619He has no words BS because he has no idea, however I believe the majority on bru have known this for a long time. He is in fact a product of the man he adores and fawns over, the very elusive Ernest Prawn.

October 3, 2021 at 12:24 pm #214632Cox post match:-
” I can only apologise for the second half performance and the lack of passion shown. I’ll be in working them hard to try and get a result (at Rotherham) on Tuesday.”Well done on ‘trying to get a result’ on Tuesday. Sadly we already know what that result will be. Still, as long as they train well on Monday I suppose that will be OK.

October 3, 2021 at 1:15 pm #214633Who cares about Tuesday?
It’s our league survival that’s paramount!

October 3, 2021 at 1:24 pm #214634I think I can safely speak for the majority of the dwindling number of Iron fans here.
We dont give a monkeys if Rotherham’s reserves beat our reserves on Tuesday. We want a coherent plan to somehow cobble 45 points from our remaining games and the silence is deafening on how we might climb that particular mountain.
We are plainly not going to defend our way to safety even if we play 6 or 7 at the back. How about a totally left field option and try for the first time in 3 plus years to score more goals than the opposition?
Probably won’t work but it would at least make our last season as an ELF club a bit more entertaining.
Cconceding in the 5th minute and knowing the game is over is pretty dammed frustrating for the fans. I suspect it is for the players as well which is probably why they couldn’t be arsed in the secone half against Newport.
It is quite alarming after dismantling last seasons team for not doing what Neil tells them we have got to the same point with this seasons group. There seems to be a common denominator here.

October 3, 2021 at 9:50 pm #214681Watched the goals on the video below. The Newport fans are laughing at us at the end of the game. Not too many seasons since teams like Sheffield United, Forest, Newcastle, Bolton, Wigan, Millwall had nothing to laugh about when we played them.
October 3, 2021 at 11:57 pm #214684Uplifting viewing that Heath. Thanks for sharing :(
October 4, 2021 at 11:17 am #214714We have something like 9 midfielders on our books and yet we still can’t find a single one who can get anywhere near an opposition player trying to shoot!
Look at the first goal – O’Malley has to cover for his missing midfielders so the winger is free to put the cross in.
Second goal – Perry & Onarise just watching a player shoot.
Third goal – Again, no one closing down the original shot. And watch Millen for the second ball – he barely reacts and when he does, he ambles slowly in the vague direction of our goal.
It’s absolutely laughable!
October 4, 2021 at 11:36 am #214722If I was a Newport fan I’d have been laughing too, what a bloody joke we are but instead like many on here I’m just bloody fuming 😠
October 4, 2021 at 12:18 pm #214731I thought that with the second goal, it was a question of CM leaving defenders stranded.

Yep, pretty much the point I was making. Onarise didn’t know whether to stick or twist & Perry (for I think it is him again) is just standing on the edge of the box giving the scorer all the room in the world to score an admittedly fine goal.
