Topics: 59Rene, none of these signings are for you because you want to give our young players a chance, we have just lost 4 players and we are in the bottom 2, the owner is trying to keep us up not like last season when we played up to 8 kids and we finished way adrift so give the owner, manager and Nelson a chance we have nothing to lose.

look where we were 2 or 3 weeks ago and NOW .. we fortunately survived , new owner who appears to be doing what he says ie clearing the tax bill n embargo a new manager and now signing players , im all for this to where we were … less “” not for me”” whinging more positivity and lets see how it pans out… not a moan but lets not kid ourselves re big name signings thats not gonna happen IS IT ? ..

I think Some people on here just love moaning.IF we were to beat relegation something will be wrong l think the new people are doing the best they can with what’s out there.Better to have a football club than nothing because that could have happened.

Topics: 59Hope the last one is a keeper because we need proper cover, saving grace on all these signings is the permanent additions are all in their twenties or early thirties and have played games at different levels before, one loanee is from a Premier League club. The chairman is trying his best to move things forward and surprise surprise he won’t be throwing stupid money at it like ” you know who ” did because it’s not sustainable. All the ” not for me ” commentators need to start thinking about reality for once and not ” pie in the sky ” economics.

There are two further incomings that are not quite over the line yet but will hopefully be announced soon.

Looking forward to seeing how the new lads play and integrate. Enjoying seeing Hilton get on with things communicating with supporters, seizing income generation opportunities and addressing squad size. It is indeed a stark contrast to where we were a few weeks ago. It’s a funny old game.
