New home kit

Was really hoping for stripes this season so hugely disappointed at the abomination the club have released instead. Refuse to belive fans have voted for this and looks to me that the club have gone for this to suit the shirt sponsor.we simply do not have a clear kit identity and probably never will. The only good thing about it is the sponsor on the front. But am sure there’s people who have the complete opposite opinion.

I’m happy to see that we will be promoting Cancer Research on the new shirts. Other than that they are decent enough. But then some people will never be positive about anything. Didn’t we use to call em pods?

We knew what we were getting from day one, despite the “popular vote” BS. Just glad the shorts and socks are blue otherwise it would have been really crap!

A “fade away” pattern is wholly appropriate for the club at this moment in time!

Don’t forget the kits were chosen by supporters (UTI99 + 4) rather than Bruers who are not considered supporters by some as they have a tendency to criticise from time to time. “Real” supporters have still to find anything of which to be critical it seems.

It’s almost the same as last year’s, only with yellow detailing instead of red/claret. And the third is like last year’s but with a horizontal band replacing the vertical.

My views on the home shirt haven’t changed.
