The first project to be announced as part of the Network North scheme that was to make real improvements to the north, as mentioned after the HS2 scrap, is road improvement in London. You couldn’t make it up.

We've confirmed funding for each London borough to ensure millions of road users enjoy smoother and safer journeys.
