March 23, 2025 at 9:58 am #300242Whilst I agree that we do need investment to become truly sustainable and progress up the football pyramid, the ‘My Football Club’ should be no where near any professional football club.

March 23, 2025 at 10:43 am #300249It’s out there now.
As much as I’d like to think it will be successful and the way forward for the club…… I think it’s dangerous and is been trialed and failed elsewhere.
Not so Sharp being taken in by snake oil salesman, him and his cronies should be run out of town.March 23, 2025 at 11:36 am #300257https://www.fc100000.com/takeover-plan/ – Really fills me with confidence when this website looks like a failed GCSE project.
March 23, 2025 at 11:43 am #300258One of them is wearing a GTFC shirt. Avoid!
March 23, 2025 at 11:43 am #300259The board need to remind the CEO that he is an employee and Michelle, George & Roj stress to Sharp the history of MyFootballClub. Potential disaster looming.
March 23, 2025 at 11:50 am #300260It’s been good to be able to focus on events on the pitch for the last 18 months. But it looks like that’s not going to be possible anymore and we’re heading for yet another shitshow.
March 23, 2025 at 11:51 am #300261This is the Sharp end of ownership.
March 23, 2025 at 3:16 pm #300274If this is true, I am hugely disappointed. Whoever thought this was the best road to go down must be brain dead.
I don’t think this is going to be popular with any of the fanbase. Incredibly tone deaf considering the recent past.
March 23, 2025 at 3:20 pm #300275I suspect this is not so Sharp and the biker CEO. I don’t think Roj or Michelle would have entertained this, but with not so Sharp, the CEO and maybe George Aitkenhead, they are outvoted. All my opinion.

It is true and in answer to your other question, Sharp and his buddy Roberts.

I think you could be right.
In any case I would prefer the person(s) driving this to not have any involvement with the club at all. Go and dribble over themselves elsewhere.
I won’t be rolling out a welcome mat any tume soon.

I would like to read/hear their entire ‘thought process’ for this endeavour, but I suppose mere mortals wouldn’t understand the complexities and ROI benefits.
March 23, 2025 at 3:59 pm #300279From hero to zero. Sharp is up there with Swann and Hilton now among some.
March 23, 2025 at 4:07 pm #300280Absoloute clown shoes, spinning bow tie included.

It really shouldn’t have, but it did make me laugh.
March 23, 2025 at 5:37 pm #300287Since when was Sharp an hero? Unless you mean Billy.
Pretended to be a faux owner of the club but then baulked, he let someone else do the hard yards and hung onto their coat tales.
Will never be up there with Swanny or Hilton who actually put money into the club all we know up to now is he loaned the club money.
March 23, 2025 at 5:40 pm #300288I guess £3 counts as some money, but you’re right in that he still has some way to go to match Hilton’s depravity.
March 23, 2025 at 5:41 pm #300289End of.
March 23, 2025 at 5:56 pm #300291Whoo let’s do it all again lol.
Suppose its something that people accept Swanny put millions into the club.
Cant understand why people can’t accept that Hilton paid the tax bill that stopped the winding up petition and then didn’t say it was a loan unlike ike Sharpy who decided his was once Hilton took the reigns.
March 23, 2025 at 5:59 pm #300292Not with his own money he didn’t.
March 23, 2025 at 6:06 pm #300293Fair play to Sharp and Roberts, they’ve united the fan base

March 23, 2025 at 6:09 pm #300294Iron Trust stepped up to the Mark, good stuff and that’s what I pay for.
Come on Mahony,Maw,Lee, Lewis… any comment from yourselves?
March 23, 2025 at 6:10 pm #300295Well I suppose we’re getting somewhere at least an admittance it was paid.
If it wasn’t with his own money who did come up with the readies.
March 23, 2025 at 6:16 pm #300297Some of it was. More of it was then acquired, hence the CCJs. It shouldn’t be too hard to work out where the money came from given where it gets its income and that the club wasn’t bone dry of cash in Jan 23. It wasn’t from the generosity of Dave’s pockets though, even though he loved to claim it.
March 23, 2025 at 6:31 pm #300301Hilton’s problem was he got saying he’d paid something and paying it confused.
March 23, 2025 at 6:55 pm #300302I believe your suggesting the club get their income from attendances Siderite!
If that is what your suggesting it just doesn’t ring true, Hilton was only in charge a week with one home games revenue (obviously minus season ticket holders money that Swanny received) by the time the tax bill wad paid before the 30th jan that led to the transfer embargo to be lifted.
Must have been one hell of a bank account in the black that Swanny left him lol. How benevolent of him, makes you wonder why he would why he would leave all that money when the taxman would have got it anyway when the club was wound up it just doesn’t make sense.
Who’s told you all this guff?
