I would be happy with a point, god knows what the team will be.

Couldn’t give two hoots about the result, I just want to see some young players given a chance (especially given all the injuries) and some attacking intent.

Well the cox interview has left me feeling flat!!
Referencing a couple of big defeats for other teams on Saturday and once again almost trying to justify a defensive approach.

I’ll be watching but I can’t help but feel the line up will be to try and contain the opponent again hoping for a point.

I’ve never seen a Scunny team spend so much time (every match) in their own half… I just want to see us box some teams in, I think we’ve got enough good attacking players to be doing better than we are.

Eisa, Gilly, Loft, Jem, KVV, Macca should put the fear of god into an opposing defence but we don’t let them loose

    Sadly I’m going for a 2 vs 0 but I really hope I’m wrong!!

Didn’t Cox reckon Eisa would be missing again? Whatever if Taft plays, which the way he spoke after the game he might be ok and with Bedeau finding some decent form then a point should be within our grasp. Personally I would take a point away from home all day long, it’s the home form and lack of intent to get forward and make chances that is disappointing but a point tonight would do me.

    Myles Hippolyte is dreadful

He’s non-league at the very best

The players lack skill and knowledge. They are quite simply uninterested.

    Turned it off at 3.

I will come on here, try to remain positive and defend the team whenever possible, but that shower of shite is inexcusable.

Just get the players involved who are going to be here next year- even if it’s a few U18’s.

It will be interesting to see what BS Cox comes out with tonight to explain that pile of crap.
Despite been dealt a bad hand Cox is out of his depth.

Is now a good time for Cox to meet the fan who said this is the worst side ever?

    Thoughts:-

Karacan brought a little intelligence into CM when he first played – but I think we really can do better. Need a bit more physical presence.

Thought we worked well. The players tried. – Look at the stats. We wuz ruined by some appalling bits of defending.

Controversial. I’d offer McAtee a contract.

    Controversial. I’d let KVV go.

I failed to to notice Jessop.

Felt a bit sorry for Rory. He’ll get more blame than he deserves to.

We will surely be favourites for a bottom two slot next season so I would also let McGahey go. His wages and Kev’s cpuld allow us to sign a decentish fourth division centre forward and the CM general we desperately need.

More often than not KVV can’t be arsed, I agree let him go.

We’ll be “letting” everyone go I would think Les. I can’t see us offering a contract to anyone we’ve a chance of keeping except probably some of the kids who will be cheap bodies.

It is time to be brutally honest.

Howe, Hippolyte and Green are not League level footballers. Don’t play them again.

I hate saying this but KVV is doing nothing and is not going to be here next season. Don’t play him again.

McAtee is a waste of space and won’t be here next season. Don’t play him again.

Out of contract players that already have a deal somewhere else oten have flu at this time of the season. Eisa, don’t play him again.

Only play people who will be here next season and we will probably pick up the couple of points we need for safety.

Jessop heold the ball up more times in 20 minutes than Loft has all season. Rowe looked very tidy in his brief spell. If we are going downthe youth route then let’s get on with it.

McAtee worked hard with little support.
Neil said that he has been spot on for the last three months.
We need a Bishop-type and a decent forward. I’d happily lose six players to bring those two in.
But WHERE do we find the players with the bit of class that we so desperately need when Gilliead leaves?

Over all – get it right in close season or …

Disgracefull Cox, no way are you a football league manager, you and Swann have given us the worse team we’ve ever had in our league history. I have never been so embarrassed and disappointed with SUFC ever in my life.

Another very poor showing by Scunny, they lost 4-1 to Morcame. who did not play well.but they didn’t have to. On this showing, how the hell are the club going to sell sewason tickets for next season?????????, fans are just not going to bother turning out to watch this tubbish, and with Cox, Lillis and Mussa at the helm, there is no sigbs that can be not even worse!!!
WATSON—6—Good first half. but not too clever after the break.
O’,ALLEY—6—Did what he could, put in some cracking corners, but no threat from them by team mates.
BEDEAU—4—Not a good game for him, was subbed and no wonder/
TAFT—6—Played ok, and tackled hard, but no support to fron player.
HOWE—5—Hot and cold, subbed early, tells the tale really before getting sent off.
HIPPOLYTE—4—How the hell does Cox keep picking him?
    SPENCE—6—Playedf ok and tried hard.
    KARACAN—7—Did well in a really poor team/
GILLIEAD—-8–Ran himself into the ground, one player worth his wages.
MaKATEE–6—Played far too deep and was mostly behind the midfield four.
KVV–4—Did absolutely nothing and did not look like he was bothered/.

REF—8—No problem, did well for a first year ref.

COX & HIS TEAM—3—They are practically clueless. and we have no future under these clowns, their playing system of 44-4-1-1 is rubbish and has no chance what so ever of bringing positive results, as well as boring everyone to tears, and Swann is very happy with them!!!!.there will be a lot more than the old fellow that will sit it out next season.

Good job there are three worse teams in league two.

    Cox’s interview was interesting-
acknowledged some of the players aren’t good enough (a lot of us have known that for a long time now).

Also said several players didn’t do their “homework” match prep which cost goals(let’s hope those players get their wages docked).

    There’s clearly something amiss.

Howe, Hippolyte and Green are not League level footballers. Don’t play them again.

Disagree with Green. I think Green has enough about him to keep him around. Hippolyte has always been dog mess and Howe is good going forward but can’t defend.

Put it this way, Howe isn’t a patch on Rowe.

Hippolyte I’d loan out to the conference on a season long loan next season. Shocking player.

Van Veen has been shite since been back. McAtee can go. Gillead will go regardless. Howe can piss off back. Eisa has mentally already been gone for months.

If we can pay Turan off, or he leaves of his own free will without any kind of pay out and can somehow send Jarvis and Hippolyte out on loan next season…the decks will be completely cleared.

I just hope the recruitment isn’t anywhere near as bad as this seasons was before a ball was kicked.

A lot of these players are an utter disgrace.

Mcatee ‘liking’ one of the Morecambe goalscorers tweets post-game says everything you need to know about this team. Not Cox’s biggest fan but he is clearly working with players who don’t want to play for the club.Twitter

How can BS give Gilliard 8 when you lose 4-1 and Karacan 7 who gave the first goal away-nobody deserved more than 5
