50000 bureaucrats are being trained for dealing with trade after the end of transition:

Remember when we were told that Brexit would bring an end to all this red tape and claims to the contrary were just bitter moans from remainers?

Ah yes, but these will be hard working British bureaucrats, not lazy foreign bureaucrats!

I dislike the terminology that describes these essential jobs. It’s the politicians at fault yet again with their promises to get rid of the so called pen pushers, buereacats who just fill in red tape. The idea that this work is not required in virtually every business is a joke and a big fat lie.

What the dickheads don’t realise is that there will be MORE of this work required BECAUSE of Brexit!!

I agree, though we should do our best to minimise the need for bureaucracy. However, it’s never not going to be there, and it’s clear that Brexit will only increase it.
