Matheson, Pugh, Hackney, Beestin, Nuttall and Hallam all starting. We are also fielding 2 trialists, whether they are youngsters we are looking to add to youth groups or players we’re looking at potentially for next season I’m not entirely sure.

I’ll keep an eye on this. Hackney I believe is eligible due to not being a league game. Valuable game time for Hallam, Hackney and Nuttall in particular.

Kick off 7.45. Away at Spalding United.

You can’t sign a free transfer but you can sign out of contract players at any time.

Was at the game the trialists were both wingers first names Shaun who scored and Tommy well that was what the bench were calling them. Nuttall was average didn’t really do anything of note. Hallam looked lost and out of it Hackney didn’t impress either. The pitch was awful to be fair one of the scunny personnel wouldn’t give me the names of the trialists but said they were both non contract player’s and one had been traing with us for a few weeks now.

Going to be more difficult to pay people up now I would presume.

If they are free agents when the transfer window closes then they can sign with clubs but if they are under contract when the window closes that is it until the window opens again.

So anyone agreeing to leave would be unable to sign for anyone now until next season.

Maybe KDT if he can get something lined up abroad where the windows are different?

If released from contract then they become free agents. They release from roster so they can bring in their own recruits.

KDT must be on a decent wage so that means if he was released he knows he couldn’t find another club so he will stop where he is
