Jason Law out on loan to Spalding … again as with Brogan seems strange coming to a pivotal par of the season … yes i know he needs minutes but would it be better to have the likes of Fin , Brog n Law in the mix or are they that out of favour ?? obviously … injuries to Clunan (any news) cover required.

Having just listened to AB pre Warrington and much more interview i now get the idea why Law has gone to Spalding and more SO under the wing of JD who signed him when at Scunny.
Also good news re Clunan.

It’s purely a cash decision. Yes he needs game time, minutes and won’t get match fit here with no reserve team. But at the same time we don’t have the cash to have a couple of spare players in each position like league teams do. Just need to ride our luck with injuries

Carlton not even made the bench today surely if anyone needs loaning out it’s him.
Desperately needs game time in him not just the cameo role we’re now giving him.

Is Carlton turning out to be the guy that just doesn’t do it for us or is there more to it than that?

He looked extremely promising in pre-season, and 16 goals from the wing last season for Chorley definitely suggests there’s something there. Just seems like that injury at the start of season has really affected him.
