Manager? Director of Football? Both?
Who else would make the best use of our tiny budget?
Who else would bring a 1000 fans back for his first home game?
Who else knows the club, and knows how to manage it with a break even budget?
Who else with his pedigree would come anywhere near our club?
It’s time for sentiment, it’s time for nostalgia.
It’s time for Mr Swann to eat humble pie and apologise to Brian Laws for his premature sacking and reinstate him as the club’s manager. Beg him to return as our saviour. Then leave Sir Brian alone to work his League 2 magic.
You know you are really deep in the shite when someone other than BPG starts a Laws in thread.
Has to be a wind up. Up shit creek? I know let’s bring in an ex manager who’s been out the game for nearly 10 years!
Yesterday’s man plus last I heard sadly not a well man, not the answer I’m afraid. Next!!!!
Why has he got enough money to buy the club. If only.
An anagram of Il Swan.
You have too much time on your hands.
I’d go with Ronnie Moore. Swann will have to pay him in sexual favours seen as monies thin on the ground.
For all you posters who people read this and become sexually aroused, sort yourselves out…it was a joke !
I see Laws most weeks and he is in good health but who would want to manage this club with Swann as chairman?
Certainly not Mr Laws
No, no, no please do not go back to laws if cox gets the sack! Going back to previous managers very rarely works, we have said the club needs fresh blood from top to bottom so surely that means someone who does not have previous dealings with the club.
Only one quality required to manage The Iron – be a yes man.

We’ve got an assistant manager who fits that bill!
What next? Buxton in?
Ronashmansghost?
Pretty sure he would organise the team better NI
What about Freddie Goodwin, John Duncan, Allan Clarke, well if it’s nostalgia your after we might as well go for it. Time to get a grip folks FFS.
