The 2 sites which have been acquired aren’t for a training facility. Even more strangely we’ve also purchased another plot of land which hasn’t been announced yet , which is to be the new training facility.

that two sites of land on Glebe and Warren Road are not for a new training facility. The club has secured a site for one elsewhere in the town

Hilton’s new mouthpiece, Simon, commented that they weren’t for training yesterday. No doubt the main points of the forum will come out once once it’s finished and those attending are released from hostage.

I’ve seen ‘information’ from Simon but no indication that it was issued on behalf of DH.

No idea. Only people who will know are those who are at the forum. Especially with the 3rd site which we also got our hands on, nobody even knew about that until Ollie Turner announced it.

I know this may seem away with the fairies but what if Hilton had bought the club from swann “fully this time” and has decided to sell it all off, all land included and will put that money towards a new ground and training facility ?

Don’t know if the information was from Hilton or not. I didn’t say it was. I said he’s Hilton’s mouthpiece now. Seems to be from other bits of info from him anyway

Bit of a generalisation RB, whenever we go to Leeds even in a week day it’s very busy with lots of retail outlets doing business but towns are a different matter, some are dying on their feet and ours and Grimsby are two examples.

Yeah he said that he does not know about the ground basically , it might be a good idea but when asked if the council are publicly backing it said ‘absolutely not ‘atm

Unless I misheard, Hilton said last night, the council had approached him about the two plots of land acquired and also said that they were assisting in helping to acquire the additional third plot land for a training ground but could not disclose where it was for now. One of two people are telling porkies.
