A good move from Starmer here:
British Labour leader Kier Starmer calls for the reconstruction of Ukraine to be funded by seized/frozen Russian assets in Western countries.
Significant statement, considering he's very probably going to be the UK's next Prime Minister.

The argument will put focus on shady deals with oligarchs if rejected. However, if Starmer is PM it’s something he will need to really put into action to keep trust.
