    Undefeated in ten.
Barrows won’t be available for them I presume?

    Match prices
    Iron 2/7
    Draw 19/5
    Lynn 15/2

    Strange prices?
They’ve won 6 and drawn 4 from their last 10 games.
They last tasted defeat away from home on NYD.
4 wins and 3 draws from their 7 away games since Jan 1st.
GF in those 7 away games = 13
GA in those 7 away games = 7

    Weird correct score prices:
Shortest price correct score is 2-0 to Scunny at 24/5

They see us more likely winning 4-0 (14/1) than Lynn winning 1-0 (20/1)

Looks likely to be a draw to me.

I’m thinking it’ll be one of:
    2-1 Iron 15/2
    1-2 Lynn 25/1
    1-1 Draw 8/1
    2-2 Draw 20/1

A £1 on each of those scores would see a return ranging from £8.50 to £26.

Them sneaking a 0-1 is massive at 20/1

KL manager, where do they get this from?

“Scunthorpe is going to be a completely different challenge because we’re away from home, they’re a big club with a big fan base, a massive budget and a big squad.”

“Lakeland also played down the gulf in budgets between the two clubs, despite Scunthorpe having a pot of gold to play with.”

When they beat us earlier they were out of form (supposedly) but raised their game against the league winners (supposedly again!)

They did a number on us at their place and are in form- a good test.

Can see there being a siege mentality after recent events too, something that we can use to our advantage.

    Drab game so far.
A lack of passing accuracy from the Iron.
Fitz needs telling that we are in Claret.
Loads of corners – poor delivery on all of them.
Kougan & Denton need to improve quickly in the game… I’d attack us down our left back area.
Get DSF on, go three at the back.
Clunan needs to play forward more.
Butterfield can’t hit a barn door today.
    Ogle is doing ok.
    Scrappy game.
    Not confident.
They’ll possibly grab a lucky goal against the run of play.

Another game where Pugh has lost the ball more times than I’ve had hot dinners, no idea how he gets in the team.

    Absolute rubbish.
    Denton is useless.
Pugh is half the player he was at Hereford.
    Whom would you keep? Ogle?

They all worked hard enough but it was just so average.
Some teams who defend well from the start and give little away tend to stymy all of our attacks.
KL’s manager knew exactly what to do.
Two strikes on the woodwork. Could so easily have gone to us.

If Dean had played the players that finished the match instead of the ones that started we might have won I thought Pugh and Clark were poor first half

Didn’t see the game today but surely one has to wonder why good players for this level frequently become bad or average here under Dean; watch players flourish once they’ve left and do the maths?

Where do you start with this??! Pugh’s first touch all match was awful, not even part time standard, Dean just subbed like for like didn’t change it – clueless once again. Break in play. Butterfield came over to talk to Dean – Dean had no idea what to say so he started talking to Butler and Dean walked away. Just awful

Well we got a performance a bloody shite one, what the f is Dean doing starting Elliot again total waste of space Elliott and whitehall maybe but by himself seen it done it, it don’t work bloody learn Dean, 2 wingers on the bench but plays Clarke there and he ain’t no winger, Denton awful along with Fitz what a poor showing from him, Roberts not at the races today the rest not much better if at all, the crowd did well to not boo them off at half time but the booing at the end was well deserved, and people want us to play at home iñ the playoffs to me the players cant handle it,

Pugh, Clarke, Denton all poor today, Roberts hardly saw the ball first half and then overplayed when he got it second half. Subs made a difference, Sembie-Ferris got involved but not enough happening in the box to concern Kings Lynn too much, unlucky with the strikes on the woodwork but Whitehall should have finished that chance from his chest down IMO, just a frustrating day in a game we should have won.

Dean plays Elliot in a role every fan can see is not suited to him, it’s not his game and every single time he’s done it he has had a bad game / but Dean can’t see it / I mean come on, who watches this and thinks Dean is the man for us.

Bit harsh on Clarke Ironawe not his fault he was played on the wing, would be nice if others got on the end of a chance to miss. Danny’s was an hard chance anyway imo.

We are rudderless ship coasting towards the play offs.

Flat, boring and no plan. The midfield shape is non existent. Some poor individual performances from Pugh and Denton in particular. I’ve nothing against the lad but what has Pugh ever done for us? Never got the hype.

Dean looks tired and a man on the edge to be honest, I feel for him as it can’t be a nice position to be in, but he’s over his head.

I think we’ve looked worse since Roberts has come in for Sembie Ferris. I’d go Beestin left and Ferris right, but until Beestin is fit I’d go McAlinden out on the left.

Denton was an absolute joke and Pugh was garbage. Scales needs to go back to shielding the back four. I thought he looked better there than playing him further forward. Butterfield needs a rest and Pugh needs benching. Comparing this Pugh to the Hereford Pugh, they look completely different players.

I’d go Scales, recall Shimpton and have Clarke playing further up. Clarke wasn’t great today at all, but he isn’t a left winger he’s an attack minded CM. Clunan is too negative and plays the ball backwards too much and often slows the play down.

I feel like a broken record, but for the 9,000 time, ELLIOT ISN’T A LONE STRIKER.

Their boss lakeland did the same when he was at Cuszon Ashton, 5 at the back with 3 big dominant CB’s and we’re totally stifled.

This was the 3rd time we’ve come up against him and Jimmy has gone with the same approach every time, which clearly doesn’t work !.

I can’t quite understand why he didn’t change it up and go with 2 strikers to occupy another one of their CB’S. No mystery what approach they were going to take as we’ve played against his teams twice already.

Mind boggling Corbett didnt figure .. and Scales should have been on from the start .

JD starting 11 was a terrible mix … i get 4 games in 9 days but the players that played so well at SMT should have started then subbed as the game progressed yesterday.

Very poor performance all round and honestly playing that that at home wont cut the mustard in the play offs .. Chorley moving in for second and us sucked into the general play off melee more likely.

Great attendance going home feeling let down …AGAIN.
