Telling that Iran’s ‘act of self defence’ isn’t accepted by Israel but it’s okay for them to use that term and obliterate Gaza and kill thousands of civilians. They need to accept it’s a tit for tat response that they deflected and leave it there but it sounds like they’re gearing up for a response. Netanyahu and his cohorts are out of control.
Well, Iran have been escalating themselves given their involvement with Hamas and Hezbollah for Oct 7th and Hezbollah missile barrages. Does this mean that Israel should have struck the embassy or launch attacks aimed at Iran? No, but it’s not just Israel involved. Iran have been escalating things themselves and this is a likely outcome. If there’s any way out there needs to be change on either side.
Personally, I think the biggest joke are the ‘peace activists’ who were cheering on Iran to destroy Israel over the weekend. It’s an Orwellian version of peace when their version is cheer on the Islamists on the other side and oppose attempts for any kind of coexistence. The Palestinian activists who push for the latter get abused and attacked by those who say they want peace.

Yes, it was wrong for the evil west to defend an ally from Iranian drones. We should have risked letting an attack on an ally’s civilians (and not collateral damage) succeed because ‘west bad’. Funny how you accuse others of appeasement, given you speak of appeasing Iran, and your focus on Ukraine has been on ‘evil Zelensky’ and little on Russia.
