The last day we can apply the ACV for 6 months to buy the ground? Does anyone know if the trust are planning to go ahead with this in case talks with Swann break down?

From the IT Brackley newsletter:

“The Glanford Park Stadium has an ACV (Asset of Community Value) on it and we at the Iron Trust are prepared to activate the ACV which would give the Iron Trust until the end of February 2024 to either work with any prospective buyer or put together a bid ourselves. A decision on this will be finalised next week. We have been working with the FSA Football Supporters Association on the options open to the Iron Trust.”
