Suggest the club start a Q&A page on the OWS to save them from having to answer the same questions 500 times.

Stopped doing twitter. Got fed up wading through rightwing tweets from assholes I don’t follow.

MK didn’t you read the bit about being in the monthly draw for as long as the 999 lease, that says to me your share is transferable.

Agree Awaywego it suggests that – would want to be sure before parting with my £1889 though.

I shan’t be parting with 1889 pounds tad to dear, once things sorted maybe try for half or quarter share, most men will find it hard to convince their wives to let themselves hand over that kind of money with no return on it, will have that conversation when needed, bit of emotional blackmail about the grandkids and future greatgrand kids hopefully will do the trick.

Still waiting for clarification on lots of things, but if everything adds up then some friends and I will be looking to purchase a share as a group; is there anyone looking else to do this and if so, how will they go about it ?

It appears to be a very good idea, and as supporters are saying, there are questions need clarification, but basicly it looks very good.

One or two things being for me, can a share be purchased in some other familty members name, and can that person then hand it down to a nember of his family ?.

Will this sum of £3.6 million just be for the club ground, does that include it’s car parks?.

With the club purchace suposedly being paid for by our clubs new owner, will part of the share price be going as repayment to him, or will the full amount be handed to and owned by SUFC ?.

Who will be in charge of how the money will be spent, and will the FA debt be taken from the share money in order to write it off?.

What happens if only a total of lets say for a figure that only 1,134 are sold, because being fair, 1,899 looks to be asking a lot!!

Can it be confirmed that no other money will be asked for such as yearly payments for local tax, or maintence fees, or upkeep of ground or any new refurbishments, confirming that the £1,899 is a one off fixed price outlay for your one share???

Same here still waiting for clarification on quite a few points both legal and otherwise.

My Son and I being based overseas and only traveling back to the UK rarely (once yearly pre covid) allowing family and nominated friends in Scunny using some of our share privileges is important to me.

** As yet i did not receive a reply to my email from SUFC Commercial dept.

We will purchase as a family.
We just want to make sure we will never ever be in the predicament that has just passed.
Shame Mr Hilton didn’t buy a month earlier as we may just stave off another relegation.
Tbh we aren’t interested in the extras or season ticket. Just to make sure SUFC lives forever

A lot of questions answered on the offer pretty simple like I said a gift for the town, only one I want answering now is an explanation on unsold shares, (who owns them, and I take it the monthly monetary prize will be pro rata to amount sold) anyway no rush Im sure it will take years to sell them all so all.

Normally I’m quite harsh on the trust but a nice quick response from them well done, they’ve got quite a few of their questions answered already hope they can get the rest answered.

I won’t be investing a penny into this membership scheme until the stadium and land is owned by SUFC

Isn’t that the purpose of the scheme?

That sum of £3.6 million has a familiar ring to it.

A month ago posters were wondering how groups of fans could get together and raise enough money to buy the stadium and land.

Well hey-presto! Someone has come up with a way of doing just that.

Yes, there’s a lot of ifs & buts, but it’s something to consider. And a million miles away from what Swann was proposing when he took over.

Well done the IRON-TRUST, their 24 questions on their list covers all seven questions that I have.
But I still feel that the share nuber taken on will be far shorter than the number on offer, by the way, where did the number 1,899 come from?, I have not seen anything to answer this question.

i received a pleasant reply to my email from Glyn Sparks at SUFC Commercial department in which he included the Application form plus terms and conditions for the 1899 share gig.

The same documentation is now available on the main SUFC website ..but here it is for anyone interested.

After listening to Mr Hiltons comments on the share option plus an update re the status of the ground re Coolsilk i note payments are being excepted now alas IMO its prudent to wait until this issue is cleared up before making any final decision.

A very short synopis from someone with not a lot of information or detail of what is involved, so thats why questions are being asked and will be answered before people decide what to do. Not worth the listen really, what was it, three minutes long. A lot more detail is being revealed then the people on the podcast knew about but hey you make up your own mind and decide when you are fully informed, did’nt need that podcast clip to tell anybody really, they barely scratched the surface.
