somebody on here asked about their trust membership the other day, I’ve had a quick chat with John, he’s now back from holiday and working through them, please still be patient though as the demand came when he was away for two weeks
5 days left now less if you allow for postage for the trust to register their interest in purchasing the ground to the council, unless of course they’ve already done so.
And where do you think they’ll get £3 million plus from?
You don’t need any money for the letter of intent to, it then stops Swanny selling the ground for 6 months, plenty of time to raise capital or not as the case may be but if only to give Swanny the hassle it’s got to be good and he’ll still be paying out all the time.
you’d better let them know, I am sure they’ll be glad of your help
There are ideas that can be looked at if funds to purchase are needed. Not there yet.

If you are so knowledgeable, why have you not expressed your interest?
‘it then stops Swanny selling the ground for 6 months’
I may be wrong but I thought Swann initiated this exclusivity type thing? If so, why would he be interested in selling to anyone else? Surely that’s a statement of intent to not sell to any old Tom Dick or Dave?
They do know it was in the IT newsletter that NI kindly shared as did someone else on tuther side, Are you referring to Michelle Deerey? Having informed the council of is intention to sell, it must be offered to “Community interest groups” Ironii unless you can think of anyone else Iron Trust is the only one I can think of don’t think Bru would fit the criteria. Probably Swann would be allowed to change his mind and inform the council he’s not offering it up as a community asset anymore so he could then sell to Michelle. You got the wrong end off the stick again Deerey it wasn’t about Swann wanting to sell to any Tom dick or harry just about the trust holding him up from selling for 6 months and him having to fork out for rates, added security that would be needed electric and so on money he wouldn’t want to spend but would have to.
I perhaps got the wrong end of your stick, but that wouldn’t be hard given your thought process is about as clear as mud. I’m sure the stakeholders are over all this, but should they be in any doubt we can let them know to find you here. Do you know how to upload a jpeg of your business card?
No the posts where very clear Deerey, 5 days for the trust to register an interest in the 1st what’s no clear about that, the second an answer to ironfan saying it stops swanny selling for 6 months.
the later they leave the longer Swann has to wait
