Needs to be gone ASAP.
We could be cut adrift by Halloween and there’s no way this team has the capability of putting 2-3 wins together to get ourselves out of it.
Swann needs to bend whatever rules necessary and bring someone in this week.

Thing is you could get the manager of the Dog & Duck in and as likely as not he’d manage more than one win in 25.
Either Cox has a gypsy’a curse on him, or he’s a spectacularly bad manager.
I’m wondering if he got his coaching badges from the University of Phoenix.

Every match is like groundhog day. We aren’t going to win any matches setting out not to lose with these 3 centre backs.
30% possession at home is not good enough. We are playing Forest Green not Liverpool FFS.
We are a crap team but crap teams beat good teams every season in the FA Cup by playing with spirit, effort and putting the other team under pressure by attacking.
Cox has to go.

Probably the worst manager in the history of the club – to be this shit over a sustained period of time takes some doing. Andy Dawson would clearly win the stats game but that was only 7 or so games Cox has had 60/70 games? Win percentage must be around 20%? (8% this season)
He may make a good number 2 but he has not got a clue about football management

If Rory wasn’t good enough last season and Cox did realize, why is he still in the team this season, is record is just as bad as Cox’s, bin both. It wouldn’t do any harm to try a different goalie not like we’ve got something to lose. Conceding over 2 goals a game for all his league career.

You could get Neuer and Donnarumma in but with zero creativity in midfield and a toothless forward line the best you can hope for is a 0-0 draw.
And that won’t be enough to keep us in the league!

We wasn’t a million miles worse than them, but it’s the same tactics every home game and we set up like the away team, we had chances but only one brought a great save, they got a dubious penalty and poor defending gifted them the second, whether Rory could have cut the cross out I am not sure but again we don’t put real pressure on their defense until 2 goals down, Cox with his swapping about to suit the opposition is responsible for not having a settled team, though I understand there was illness that caused some of the changes, though I have to admit that was one of the worst refereeing performances I have seen, how that wasn’t a red card by Matte on Davis I will never know, they got a very soft penalty but if our players went down under tackles he waved play on.
Something needs changing and I don’t think the loan signings bring anything to the team when the young lads were doing OK.

He’s definitely a nice big number 2, don’t you worry about that.
Way I see it is he had one squad which were more talented than this one and couldn’t get them to play, none of them really listened to him.
A near new squad this time around with players HE’S wanted and again, no structure, no creativity and no real idea. This is the 2nd squad of players he’s had now who seemingly don’t listen and tend to do their own thing.
This can’t be 2 squads of players faults, sorry but I’m not having it.
No doubt in my mind that he’s the worst manager in the history of our club. I thought Wilcox was bad enough but least we were defensively sound if not mind numbingly boring, least the team had some structure to it, even if it was super defensive.
Better performance today but still not great, we had what, a tad over 30% possession at home ?….just not good enough. I hate 3 cb’s with the wing backs because we cough up the ball and it turns to 5 at the back.
No Beestin today as another odd one. Cox hasn’t a clue.
Cox needs binning off A.S.A.P
Cox has gone way down in my estimations. I get he doesn’t want to quit but I thought this club would have meant more to him than his own ego, if he’d be honest to himself he’d admit the fact he’s just not cut out for it.
All he’s doing with not walking is delaying the inevitable which is going to cut us even further adrift.
Cox is being selfish in my opinion..

He played what, 19 games for us?
So what?I don’t give a flying FUCK where he’s from, if he had an ounce of honesty, he’d resign.
He does NOT have what it takes to manage a league side, so let’s stop pretending.
