If the post floating around on Facebook about the lack of conversations happening with players at the moment then Keith deserves a medal for sticking with us this Summer and we need to cut him some slack. As someone said on another post, he hasn’t become a bad manager overnight – this club (in the Swann era) has a habit of turning staff and players into a shadow of themselves. Although he will have known it was bad coming in, allegedly having one of the lower budgets in the NL and a squad full of youngsters must be a real kick in the teeth.

We’d all sound as depressed as he does in RH interviews if we were working under the conditions he is.

It was Hill who started playing so many youngsters his choice not ours and it bloody failed miserably, you get medals when you achieve something, I’d be quite willing to give him a medal for being the worst manager ever up to date and with the longest run without a win, he gets paid and probably the highest paid on Scunnys books. If Swanny isn’t backing him he could always walk, but then again we’re would you go from here? I do hope he turns it round and while he’s manager before every game i will be behind him and the team, if it then pans out we’re putting in performances like last season I will turn against him and his team during the game. If he achieves Mid table next year I will be happy, not to much to ask IMO

I mean if I suspected I’d have a squad of newly-graduated academy players next season I’d have probably started blooding them sooner rather than later too…

Worst manager ever is a stretch, he’s had a squad half full of rubbish and half full of wantaways.
