Based on these 2 entries it would be easy to doubt the validity of the information.

The latest news is two offers from Elliott & Sharp have been turned down. So much for the official statement on the 1 Dec to the effect that a deal had been agreed.
A deal had been agreed but that deal was for the club and stadium, without the car parks and training pitch.
The latest offers were for the whole site but the offers but fell well short of his asking price.
This may be an unpopular opinion but I don’t think you can accuse Swann of moving the goalposts this time.

Judging by the way we play, I don’t think the training pitch has been used for some time!
