Is it just another knee jerk reaction or have recent revelations altered the court case in any way? Any of us answering on here would be pure speculation

Didn’t both sides have to put forward their arguments/paperwork by the end of September for it to actually go to court?
dunno, I just glaze over eventually on here looking for libel so the facts tend to meld into mulch as I read all of our collective crap, on here it goes into the eyes and back out again
