Opening day of next season… What changes (big, little, realistic, unrealistic) would you like to have seen through the summer to perfect your picture? Not just on the playing side, but all round the club – from having a printed programme through to having a new manager through to a new access road through to beer on the terraces. Any idea you like. Fill your boots…

New manager, assistant manager, coach and goalkeeping coach.

Not fussed about the other stuff.

Yep i like the idea of a clean slate clearing out the last sniff of anything tied to Hilton which obviously includes JD… but cant see it happening

Like to see Butler stay in some capacity but Muzzy time must be up and remind me again what Plummer actually does ??

Team wise..i think weve just got to let nature take its course as so many out of contract and those still under may want a move or be bought so too difficult to even guess at any possible line up that could form the back bone of a decent side.

Fixture wise ..a nice tasty home game to KO the season with a big crowd.

Hope the fans stick by the club who ever remains .. be great to have a 4k plus average and big numbers traveling as this season.

Two wishes (but wont happen).. better referees absolutely garbage all season and and count on one had how many have had good games.
    also
this “well at least we still have a club” mentality , reading the Athletic article brings it home just how bad things were but it being thrown in every argument is tedious ..lets look forward not back ..

Swan Hilton have gone thank the Lord , the club is in good hands of people who care and GP is safe all we need to do its get it right on the pitch and the future is bright.

The iron bar is not fit for purpose, and never has been. Wonder if there’s scope to extend/build on top?

And just continue to try and enhance the match day experience for supporters. Perhaps utilise the space behind the DRE more to create a proper fanzone.

I agree, but rebuilding that is a massive ask for a club with (next to) nothing.

Coach/Management – only retain Andy Butler. New manager who lines up for teams to deal with us. Play 2 up top at home. Has ability to change playing style if it is needed.

Basics to be improved – PASSING being the priority. Passing for the sake of it eradicated. Squad recruitment based on structured 1 yr, 2 yrs and 3 yrs contracts which should end 18 in and 18 out – stability being the aim.

The office people – busier we get then new faces will arrive but I think James and his gang deserve support for everything they did in trying times.

The board will evolve and you never know a Euro winner may materialise and give the club a boost.

I just want us to set out to win every match instead of containment, Saturday was a perfect example of never having the right mindset to win a one off game, still can’t believe how negative a lot of our setups have been this season with the squad we had.
