Just listened to the podcast and Hill came across very well .. lets just say a tad better than Cox and his pre n post match ramblings .. Hill didnt talk too much about Scunny more so his past , being a straight shooter i would of liked to hear a more candid opinion of what he inherited ( a group of unfit sherkers n jerkers ) and what Swan promised but that was never gonna happen.

Slight chance with this fella at the helm but it is SLIGHT .

Well it’s clear they got a comfortable ride of it under Cox as they simply weren’t fit enough to even press pass 30 minutes which is a shocking indictment of the system Cox put in place.

Hill will know he has limitations within the squad but it’s all about him getting them fit and getting as much out of them as he can until Jan transfer window comes around and fingers crossed if we’re not cut too far adrift of other teams, we’ll be able to strengthen.

Back-to-back wins – for many a moon a forlorn hope – are now a possibility and would lift us clear of the bottom two.
Under Cox the situation was desperate. We wanted a real manager – well, we’ve got one now.

Hill may or may not work the miracle and I’m sure all of us hope he can.

What he has achieved already is that for 3 games in a row he has stopped us being an embarrassment on the field.

I’ll take that for starters and it is enough to get me attending my first away game tomorrow. Not expecting us to win but am expecting us to have a plan to try and win it.

Just getting those that were allowed to cruise fit will make a huge difference. Because it identifies the favourites of the ex-manager.

With Keith Hill some will be buzzing, they will be getting real direction and guidance. But there will certainly cards being marked.

Most say the squad needs a couple of recruits, in January I would think Mr Hill some names in mind. He will sort it of that I am sure.

It’s a rare thing to read so many positive posts about a new manager. Keith Hill has brought a new attitude, even though we are still routed firmly to the bottom of L2.

Personally I believe that he was and is our best chance to get ourselves out of this rut we have found ourselves in.

First he has to find out who our best eleven players are, then our best formation and system. Then we should rediscover our form and prove that we are better than at least one club in this division.

Three seasons. First survive L2, next a top half finish, then finally a play off position.

All that being said, Swanny please don’t sack the manager again until he gets to put these plans into action!
