If we’re shite against Hereford… then it’ll be bullshite.
Another must win game.
Don’t analyse them.
Turn up and just give it to them, full throttle for 100 minutes!
Come on Stan, rev the boys up and make it two wins on the bounce!
Let’s have a good Christmas and a great New Year!
UTI.December 15, 2024 at 1:59 pm #295598Are you betting on 10mins added time?
December 15, 2024 at 7:05 pm #295602All games are must wins. They were since the start of the pre-season games.

December 16, 2024 at 4:39 am #295610Our last two wins both came from a changed formation.
At least AB seems to be finally recognising the need to change things around a bit.
I must admit that I was rather puzzled by the return of Nicholson and playing Denton on the wrong side of the pitch – but we won and must, hopefully, stand a chance against Hereford.
AB making adjustments has encouraged me somewhat.1 user thanked author for this post.
December 16, 2024 at 8:12 am #295611Even with a dikky leg (torn calf) i have a road trip coming up so a very early early prediction for Saturday.
Sorry but cant see a lot changing and Hereford a mark up from Marine who gave us a decent game and were unlucky …Hereford are on a decent run also.
1-2 Hereford
Att 3089 the away following taking just over the 3k mark.Bah Humbug !! …
December 16, 2024 at 9:03 am #295612Wonder if the water bottle throwing little t**t will be on the Hereford bench again this season? that could be entertaining if he is.
December 16, 2024 at 1:11 pm #295616More puzzling was Butler taking Nicholson off after 75 mins when his long throw should have been coming into its own with us finally trying to get on the front foot.
December 16, 2024 at 5:12 pm #295620How often has the Nicholson long throw been effective since early September?
December 16, 2024 at 5:42 pm #295623It hasn’t, but it’s kept him in the team for too long.
December 16, 2024 at 5:54 pm #295625Hasn’t it brought us 3 assists this season?, mind you his long throw apart he has been dross for most of it.

December 16, 2024 at 7:00 pm #295629You could also say once Nicholson stopped playing well the team stopped playing completely.
Southport away for his last assist. For me subs bench and bring him on if you need to change the game ala Alfreton should have been the same at Marine instead like I said he removed him when we were hopefully going to push on, don’t think anyone will disagree it’s nice to have the long throw in our armory, long throws from other teams have caused us many a problem good as a free kick at times.
December 16, 2024 at 8:32 pm #295633Long throw is very useful and with Beck in the side I would suggest we need to use it more often.
December 17, 2024 at 3:29 pm #295658I think Nicholson is better in a back 4.
A long throw is better on the field than off it, so put the right peg in the right hole.
December 17, 2024 at 3:56 pm #295659Or in Nicholson’s case, the left peg.
December 18, 2024 at 8:08 am #295667Are you betting on 10mins added time?
No, no bet. We just always seem to end up in games with 10 or 15 minutes additional time.
December 18, 2024 at 8:13 am #295668Christmas cards.
Red cards.
It’s that time of year… someone will most likely get a red.I didn’t realise that the Y&R system was only introduced to English football in 1976.
