Pre match in here folks
December 17, 2020 at 12:53 pm #199243No messing No fancy formations No over complication.
All guns blazing from the 1st minute to the last.
December 17, 2020 at 1:52 pm #199245Play like we did against Oldham, Harrogate or even Colchester and we should have no problems against a very poor Grimsby team.
December 17, 2020 at 4:44 pm #199250True, but this a ‘Derby’ game.
We have to fight for everything, will be down to us.
December 17, 2020 at 4:49 pm #199251A derby with no crowd is not really a derby. Maybe it will be for Cox but there can’t be many Scunthonians or Grimbrarians in the two squads.
December 17, 2020 at 6:09 pm #199254We generally don’t turn up in a Derby. I’ll take a point with the way we played the last two games.
December 17, 2020 at 6:33 pm #199255Grimsby are in complete free fall, so I expect nothing other than a Grimsby win.
December 17, 2020 at 8:02 pm #199258Holloway coming out with his usual ” Man of the people Bullshit ” just before the derby, hope we stuff em and then they sack him, that would be even more turmoil for our fishy rivals. 😂😂😂
December 17, 2020 at 8:34 pm #199260Anything will be an improvement compared to our last embarrassing outing against them! Really hoping for a win but can see a turgid draw playing out.
December 18, 2020 at 12:45 pm #199275Holloway playing mind games??
December 18, 2020 at 2:41 pm #199277Brexit, Covid and not allowed to go to the pub.
Can things get any worse this weekend?
Oh hang on we are playing the Cods.
December 18, 2020 at 2:57 pm #199278Holloway playing mind games??
It’s probably all he has left to play with his team being shite and the row over Fenty & Co trying to sign a convicted fraudster onto the board all hush hush. Think Holloway is maybe thinking he should have stayed away from North East Lincolnshire, looking a bit of a poisoned chalice at Blunder Park, fans aren’t happy either, still what else is new there.
December 19, 2020 at 9:36 am #199295What a beautiful day to be going Grimsby, the buzz is still there, the dreams are still there, sadly we won’t be there.
December 19, 2020 at 2:27 pm #199301Unchanged from Tuesday. O’Malley on bench if required.
Come on Iron!
December 19, 2020 at 4:14 pm #199303This is painful to watch. Neither team seem able to put their foot on the ball and the ref appears completely clueless.
December 19, 2020 at 4:22 pm #199304Scunny are as clueless as the ref.
What a disinterested bunch we have.
Forward line is absolutely garbage
Good Ole’ Iron to give a team a push in the right direction just like Sarfend.
December 19, 2020 at 4:23 pm #199305Another mistake from Howard
December 19, 2020 at 4:33 pm #199306Clarke appears to be struggling for fitness and probably should of been sent off for an elbow. Did McAtee go off injured at half time? Bishop almost sounds embarrassed doing the commentary.
December 19, 2020 at 4:40 pm #199307Absolute shite I have backed Cox but I am afraid he is out of his depth,it’s just total rubbish just hoofball
December 19, 2020 at 4:41 pm #199308Is Loft playing, his name is on the team sheet but it sounds like he stayed in the dressing room.
December 19, 2020 at 4:42 pm #199310Grimsby are awful…but embarrassingly we’re worse! What an awful game.
December 19, 2020 at 4:47 pm #199311GY deserve the win end of.
Cox wants a serious look at where he thinks he’s guiding this shower.
December 19, 2020 at 4:54 pm #199312If there’s such thing as Hell you can be assured this game will on a continuous loop.
What a load of shite that was.
December 19, 2020 at 4:55 pm #199313That was SHOCKING and EMBARRASSING.
This lot should be got under trades description calling rhemselves footballers.
Thats me done with them.
December 19, 2020 at 4:56 pm #199314One of the worst games I have seen in a long time, both teams are rubbish. If you can take Eisa out of the game there is no other alternatives.McAtee deserved to be off at half time but so did others,Croft particularly

Not one player deserves plaudits from that one. Maybe Clarke was the only one who had a half-decent game, but that’s a stretch and could have been sent off.
What was Cox doing bringing on Jarvis for McAtee at half time? I know the latter was having a poor game, but we had no hope of creativity with two donkeys who can’t control a football up front.
Eisa needs to buck his ideas up if he wants a move away. For a player of his quality he gets found out by defenders too often and his final touch is poor.
Don’t get me started on Hippolyte.
December 19, 2020 at 4:57 pm #199316Cox and Co. gimme my 10 quid back.
What a boring twat John Tonjeur is, Christ glad we don’t have to listen to him on a weekly basis he’s enough to drive you to drink
December 19, 2020 at 4:58 pm #199317Never good when your second best against a really poor side.
When that side is Grimsby then it’s unacceptable.

McAtee was poor, but at least he could control a ball and give some creativity. I am not surprised that as soon as he went off for another donkey up front we had nothing whatsoever up front.
December 19, 2020 at 5:07 pm #199322What a disgraceful display from front to back. Forwards who can’t control the ball, far too much lumping the ball up or passing to the opposition, the few times Eisa got free he whacked the ball 20 yards too far. It may not have been a shock because we all know we are capable of such a performance.
