Hill as we all know has peanuts to spend. Andrew has been mentioned previously and also saw David Nugent. These will be the only players we’re able to sign.
Crystal clear we need experience. No more kids in now, we have enough of those already !
I’m available at reduced costs, I still run 10 miles in 90 minutes on a Sunday and an old ( but good ) left foot beats a right foot any day. Oh and I did once put the ball in the net at Glanford park !
Pity Clive Dunn isn’t available anymore, his appearance on TOTPops from years ago would send a chill down any opposing back fours spine.
That’s an impressive time CCK good on ya.
You’re not Ian Ormondroyd then!
Was is when doing the crossbar challenge?
No Northumbiron it was in a charity match back in the day, that tough old geordie scout booted me into the hoardings on the third attempt at skinning him. I still have the ball I scored with in my garage, I couldn’t let that go at the auction.

Bloody hell, it would take me 90 mins to do one mile, even I must be past it regarding footy, I remember my last game before calling it a day, I was in goal playing Ashby Ins’t at the Screeds, we lost 0-9 and I think that I had a faily good game!!
We badly need someone.
Come on Swann..do SOMETHING!
Take an interest, put us up for sale or just fek off.
As my old dad used to say, “This lot couldn’t beat Riddings Infants “B” reserves.”

Jesus h Christ it’s a long time since the screeds was built over but I do remember the pitch there
Yes Cokeoven kid, the game I made reference to would have been in about 1961/1963 times.
My memory was bending down nine times to pick the ball our of the back of the net, I also remember that Ashby had a live wire up front called George Robinson, he scored at least 4 of the nine ha ha!
