Well Bru and Iron Hour have brought out podcasts in the last week – might be something in there.
It being talked about by Taco Bell and Co and tweeted by them doesn’t instill any confidence in it being true.
It’s standard practice for senior employees to leave with a compromise agreement. I imagine Jimmy was paid more that he is owed alongside signing a confidentiality agreement and signing away his rights to raise any historic issues at an employment tribunal. This stops him popping up on a podcast and talking ill of the club, it’s ownership or revealing anything the club would rather remain behind closed doors.

All player contracts expire at the end of June, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the manager’s contract had the same expiry date.
