Top tory sends dick pix and colleagues’ phone numbers to gay dating site.

What about potential bribery? What about exposing his colleagues? What happened to the dignity and seriousness of office? Imagine, say, an ambassador’s reception, as they munch on the cocktail sausages and Ferrero Rocher choccies, they are introduced and shake hands with the dick-pic Tory. And Hunt says he is to be applauded!

It seems we have we become so used to sleaze, incompetence and general bloody uselessness that this sort of thing has ceased to matter in government? Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the little donkey… wtf is going on?

Instant dismissal for any other public sector worker and possible prosecution under GDPR for him and the Government. But of course, employment laws don’t seem to apply to Tory MPs. Up to constituents again to force him out.

Aye, and they will in the election.

The main issues are his lack of judgement and reckless disregard for the privacy and safety of his colleagues while demeaning his office of state. And he’s a member of the er… ‘common sense’ group!

Just imagine he was a member of a Labour government. The press would be baying for blood. As it is, there’s barely a whimper. Hypocrisy?

    Win the election?
I don’t think it’s ever been more of a certainty that there will be a change in government.

True, the only question is by how many seats.

As Heathy says above, what would happen if any of us were caught doing this in the workplace? You’d be straight out the door with sandwiches wrapped in a road map, career in tatters. Then, there could well be legal letters and summonses for a breach of GDPR.

Imagine if it were a teacher, a doctor, or anyone really, sending intimate pix of himself to a patient, the parent of a schoolkid, or a constituent.

Yet, here we are, with the party of Churchill, Thatcher (if you like that sort of thing) Major… Heseltine, even William Hague… what would their reaction have been, how would any of them have dealt with this sort of thing happening in the senior ranks on their watch? Not with silence, we can be sure.

Can this party sink any lower?

Never write the Tories off, sadly.
