Do you want the stay away fans to come back? Do you want a feel good factor to return not just to the club but to the TOWN! If you do, there is only one man for the job. Give the fans (the majority) what they want to see, bring him back. You did it with KVV now do it with Nigel Adkins. The club and the people of Scunthorpe need a boost and this would be it, gates will increase instantly, positivity will return and folk would look forward to coming to the SVS once again! we can survive this season. it is not over!

As sentimental as it is – and unlikely to happen – I agree. This would put a significant number on the gate almost immediately. This could also energise the squad set them up better and Swann can say he did what the fans wanted. It just won’t happen

I hope this happens, but sincerely doubt that it will. If it did then changes would need to be made, and new players would have to be brought in come January.

It won’t happen, nice house in Hampshire, with millions (from payoffs in the bank) or live in Scunthorpe trying to avoid the stigma of relegation to non league, there’s not a chance he will come back, why would he want too.
As much as we would all like it you have to be realistic.
