The squad needs a major overhaul this summer. As much as I want Neil to succeed, is he experienced enough to complete this ?

Of course he’s not experienced, it’s his first managerial position.

But you don’t let a learner driver take a double-decker bus with no brakes and a dodgy clutch down a steep hill!

No one should take a double decker bus with no brakes and a dodgy clutch down a steep hill and that’s the problem, not only is the driver not suitable the equipment is broken as well.

It needs a clear out of the coaches if Swann thinks cox is the man he wants to move this club forward, we need younger forward thinking coaches that work at all levels from academy to the first team.
Unfortunately I believe mark lillis and russ wilcox are just not on the forward thinking enough
They are great people but If you look at all the teams that doing well in the league they have recently retired or younger managers and coaches that are more in touch with modern football.

We are stale as a coaching set up.

Cox and Wilcox ex defenders. Defence is bloody Awful
Mussy love him but oh my how shite are our keepers.
Lillis forward. Can’t even hit a barn door in what feels like weeks with a big F… off banjo.

Just listened to Cox on radio, really hasn’t got a clue. So so out of his depth. Needs to go back to being a fan and not part of the Swann shit show
