I have a feeling that the ‘new signings by end of May’ will go the same way as the promise of entertaining football, played in a new stadium, at the Championship level.

If we don’t have the new signings in place it will no doubt be the fault of Covid. Probably the Indian variant the he wasn’t expecting at the time of the last interview.

Maybe we will sign a glut of Asian players in July and the Prawn will announce they all agreed to join in May but we held off till we were certain they were all clear of the Indian Covid variant. Now that’s a PR goer, better double check with Buck’s though.

Do any of you actually listen to interviews? Cox has already stated that it won’t be happening, which was pretty obvious despite what Swann said.
Cox is the boss.
So you suspect a return to the bad old days do you? We sign players in July when those available have been picked over and we are left to chose from those that nobody else wants. We’ve been there several times.

So, if we do not get early Swan signings we’ll get better later signings from Cox.
