Iron Bru › Forums › Blast Furnace › EFL family excellence report
Nice to see us doing well in something, the mystery shopper put us 2nd in div2 rated on the club’s social media, travel, retail, people, friendliness and feeling valued. They recognize that the club is going through difficult times but still show a family focus mainly through their excellent people. Personally I found the retail (purchasing of tickets) poor to say the least, but well done on this effort.
I wonder if we give away fans a free cup of tea or coffee like at Exeter?
I am presuming that their report was constructed after interviewing Awaywego and UpTheIron99, only those two could contrive such information, that is assuming that those two are not just the one person posting with two different names.
Just goes to show how easy it must be to fool those who compile these bull sh1t reports.
Just goes to show even when the club do something well some will not acknowledge it, very sad indeed.

What would you say the club do well on a matchday??? I am struggling to name a single thing?
Is it the understaffed and over priced Iron Bar?
The stench of piss and flooded toilets?
The understaffed, overpriced and under stocked catering points?
The lack of a matchday programme?
The farcical organisation of the car parking?
The seats covered in bird droppings?
Amusing that both Awaywego and Alcy have said they rarely attend home games anymore.
Alcy doesn’t attend any games home or away Deerey, and I’m sure you understand why I mainly go away.
Day away from ‘er indoors’?

We probably would if we were run by the Scunthorpe United Supporters Trust, doubtful we do with this current bunch in charge.
How did we score on the matchday programme?
Very amateur to not have one at all and low and behold we will soon be in the once amateur leagues!
