A few months ago I thought it was a facial expression. Today it turns out they’re our opposition!

Another draw at best. Expectations are low these days!

We are slight (width of a fag paper) favourites for the win.

I can’t see us losing this one, especially at home. I’m putting me two bob on Iron 2 – Dorking 1.

I can’t see us winning another game this season, shocking from the kickoff passing back all the time and no urgency, gifted them both goals while we have had one decent effort off target and a shocking performance first half, totally different to last weeks spirited display

Well, the ref has just blown for half time, in what must have been the worst performance by a Scunny team in many a year, they have been overrun by a part time team who are 0-2 in front, but according to the commentators, it should be 5 or 6 to the part timers, Scunny have reached an all time low, and have not really had a shot on the Dorking goal, the players have just gone off to a really good ringing of boo’s from the die hards that still are prepared to bother to turn up to watch thus pathetic shower.

IT IS PROBABLY A GOOD TIME TO LIQUIDATE THINGS AND PULL THE PLUG ON THINGS!!!!

How bloody low can our once great little club sink. only this week fans were yelling how things are much better, that was after a couple of draws which were following six straight losses, so just another round of boo’s from the fans, and another round in 45 minutes time, then back home sick as parrots and get ready for thew next home game, and the two away matches that are coming up for about 200 usual nut heads.

Backed them at 6/4. No cost of living crisis with odds like those

Having your own opinions is fine, and choosing not to attend is your right. However, calling loyal supporters “nut heads” is out of order – and I’m sure that they enjoyed the result today more than you did.

The result doesn’t excuse that first half they couldn’t be arsed, thank god their attitude changed in the second, ref very poor gave us next to nothing, did Daws set the team up differently to the York game? missed that one.

Iron-iron-iron, you are wrong there pal. I really enjoyed the second half just as much as you or any other Scunny fan, remember I attended the OSG and GP for many years mate, I am sure it was 70 years, but will require UptheIron99 to confirmation on that!!!.

OK, how many fans would have agreed with my comments if asked at half time (when they were made), it would have been 99% of them, it’s fine making your comments after the game has ended, and the second half was really great, and the result was needed. So you will be making your plans for the trip down to Torquay I hope Iron-iron-iron, I hope Scunny get a result in that game, Torquay lost 6-0 today so there is a chance.

I still don’t think this team is currently good enough to stay up but can’t fault that result today.

Good on Daws too. May aswell stick with him until the ownership is resolved. Certainly no worse than Keith who would have lost that game

Think kevs v Swindon was up there, but Lavery showed that you don’t need to blast the ball when one on one! He took his time committed the keeper then slotted the ball past him.

Early days but he looked good along side nuttall who didn’t have his best game but made a nuisance of him of himself, so after another week of training Lavery should be more at home.

As one of the Nut Heads who was actually there I’ll say that was the worst and best game I’ve watched for a long time.
I felt like leaving at halftime and was thinking about going to Torquay next week by full time.
Lavery was excellent, without him we would have lost the game.
I’ve kept away for too long because of Swann, he wants everyone to give up and then he can shut the club down. I also couldn’t believe we kept Hill as long as we did, but I’m not going to stop going until we actually do go out of business. I started watching The Iron at The OSG when we were bottom of Division 4, enjoyed the Championship, Wembleys, League 1, and will now suffer this garbage league until we leave it in one direction or another. Games like this Dorking (I couldn’t point to it on a map either !) match are what it is all about.
