In four of the last five games Lavery has given The Iron the lead. We lost all of those games and the TOTAL time we held those leads was slightly over half an hour.
Do we have anybody, players or management, capable of learning anything or do we just carry on doing the same old thing and getting the same result?

Least we’ll get a few quid for him (Lavery) next month.

Humberside say he is only on short term contract, his agent will be looking to move him on as a free agent

The repetitive nature of the results has given me 24 pts in the prediction league in the last week!

How many times this season have we taken the lead and conceded within 5 minutes, like Groundhog Day, and when one of our own players stops Lavery’s goal bound shot in injury time sums us up.

Soon as the team is put under meaningful pressure it crumbles, no game management whatsoever. The amount of times we concede after scoring, before/after halftime is ridiculous.

Yes we keep doing the same thing Cass, we have done this for five seasons on the bounce mate, we have had some really poor managers during that period, and not had a decent keeper during the five years, how the hell has Mussa kept the so called goal-keeping coaches job, without ever a questin of the results of his coaching???????????????????????????, the rest of the team are sub standard, but whle fans keep paying their money, things will never change.

Well apart from a different goalscorer it was same old same old. We kept the lead for 7 minutes, bang avereage based on the previous 4 defeats. So still nothing has been learned, scoring first used to be an important factor in how a game panned out, not for us seemingly.

The average amount of time that we have held a lead for this season is ELEVEN minutes – which obviously includes the 3 wins.
